Hi: I just posted 3 problems and forgot the 4th: where do we put in our permanent return policy for ebay listings via Vendio? Here's another pain in the butt....I build 1,100 auctions inside of Vendio and then have to go over to ebay to fix them all..am I missing something here???
Thanks, mgrider at wi.rr.com

I have a return policy listed in my listings and I make all my listings with Vendio. Just go to "My Account" and then sellect "Custom Listing Text". Make a section with the title of Return Policy and then type in your return policy. This will show in all of the listings you then create in Vendio.

Thank you! I don't know why in the world I didn't think of this!
My only concern is: what if ebay makes it mandatory that you have the return policy listed using their form in order to be part of Ebay Express?
We had that problem with 1100 listings when they made their shipping policies on this, too, and had to go in and fix each and every item by hand (36 computer operations each and almost 6,000 page clicks for us!) because we did not use ebay's shipping columns and there was no way to change that in bulk. Know what I mean?
If ebay decides that you can't be part of ebay express without a return policy listed down in the same area their ship charges appear, then Vendio folks'll be up the creek again.

It looks like the return policy is not an Express requirement because I don't have it in any of my listings and they now (once I figured out that I had to opt IN to express) appear in EE.

You know, I thought I opted in to ebay express....and the first time I went there today, I saw a few of my things....and then, I went and changed some seller preferences and categories, and poof!! No longer on ebay express....when I went back in to check preferences, it said I was not in ebay's Express program.......what? Where do I go to opt in again? What's going on???

It took me about 20 minutes to scope out Vendio Reviser and do a bulk revise of 50 items. And I'm slow on the uptake.

Was your comment meant for me? Vendio Reviser could not help us whatsoever...in the body of each one of our ads, we had our shipping listed. No reviser program could ever fix that. We even called ebay to see what could be done and their answer was also: one by one. The way we had our fees structured, neither ebay nor vendio could replicate, so there would have been conflicting shipping listed.
