Not the way RALPHIE & I run OUR listings, but, otoh, NOT the worst case I've seen...

I give her CREDIT for being UP FRONT with her S&H fee -- bidders are then free to bid or NOT BID.

I don't think it right to accept the SELLER'S TOS & then P&M after the fact... if the S&H is too high for yer acceptance, then: "Ease on down, ease on down the road..."

In Ralphie's educated & measured opinion, her S&H fees fall well short of: "high crimes & misdemeanors"

Got stuff? PLEASE join RALPHIE & ME in some AUCTIONS for our favorite NON-PROFIT~Thank You!

I lay you odds that this is the sewing contractor for Juicy as there are many in the San Gabriel area. I used a few when I worked at a surf company some years back. Juicy probably doesn't know that they are selling their wears on Ebay as it might be current spring 2006 line.
Either way, they can get shut down for VERO or fee circumvention.

I think the worst one I ever saw was about a year ago.I was looking at HP computers. It started off a one cent.I looked at the shipping and it was $495.00! That wasnt the worst part.If the computer didnt work, you could return it,but they dont refund shipping! Talk about a scam.

Gotta love you can save a whole 2.00 on shipping if you buy more than one item from the seller lol sheesh so the shipping for the second one is only another 19.99

What would be poetic justice would be if Ebay added up the total shipping charges on every sold auction of this seller for the past year, subtracted $5.00 s/h for each one, and calculated a FVF on the balance and debited her account for the amount.
