you mentioned SMpro in your post as adjusting the charges. Who are they? I use vendio and don't think I have come across that.

??? Umm, not sure what your question is. Do you want to know what SMPro is or something about handling fee's?? Do you use SMPro for starters? If not, you don't know what your missing.
