I have begun to get 12 digit auction numbers (e.g., 210000018067). Was this an announced change that I missed? How much software will stop working?

I got 12 digit numbers on auctions launched last night too. Looks like Vendio is ok with it (showing up on Control Panel at least). I don't think there was an announcement.

Well I'll be dog gone. They are 12 digit now. All the store listing's I launched through vendio last night have 12 digit numbers. I guess it was bound to happen at some point. They only had so many possibilities with 10 digits. It's better then recycling numbers like the Post Office does with DC numbers.

I dont' care if they're 10 or 12, but it somewhat affected some of my software (not a problem to fix), but I have to imagine that a lot of software expects 10 digit auction numbers.
Imagine what would happen if the US decided on 11-digit SSN without making an announcement; probably shut down 25% of the software in the US
