I have the "Pay as you go" plan on Vendio. If I use it for my store items, do I pay the 12 cent listing fee once for each item, or every 30 days when the listing is renewed?

I beleive vendio charges fee for every 30 day renewal of store items unless you opt for the free listing service plan with final value fees.
