----taking my images for me. OH no what will I do? She says it is too hot outside where she gets the best images. I go through this every summer. LOL poor me guess I will have to do it myself. I have a light setup inside but it gets hot there too plus I have to do color corrections on lot of them.. What kind of light setup do any of you use. One preferrably that does not create a lot of heat?.

This is a disaster. Get on your hands and knees and beg her to start again. Those of us who steal your images to use in our auctions are depending on her.

LOL, she made me a cake today so will have to wait for the knee trick until I eat it all up so she can't take it away too.

Irked, I think most of us thought Tomwii would provide his usual links on how-to photo here, but since he's asleep or still trying to get a choker on Ralphie, I'm provide a few that I think he posted here before. Perhaps they will help.
taking pictures of hard-to-light, small objects
How to Get Better Images
You can clean up some of the worst photos with ease by using the free program of IrfanView.
IrfanView
While natural light is usually best, I rarely see it because I am such a night owl. I use an inexpensive set-up on a work bench in the garage. It uses a 3 sided folding white foam board to give a nice clean background and reflect light. I placed the board midway between the 2 overhead florescent lights which helps eliminate shadows. I can take most pics without a flash. I compensate for the florescent light by using a special camera setting on my Nikon which virtually eliminates the effects of florescent lighting. I do not like to use flash, it tends to wash-out your subject.
If I get around to it, I'll post a pic.
Also, if you have not played with IrfanView yet, I highly suggest that you do. It has a color adjust feature that is invaluable.
Of course the light tents are great too.
Softbox-Light-Tent
I just have not bought one yet because my setup is doing ok for me.

Thanks everyone. I saved the links and have checked them out very interesting. I am anxious to try that water jug trick to see how it works. Appreciate the Links.
That light tent in interesting but I have a feeling my cat would take up residence in it. Here he took up residence in a priority box I just put down for a sec while I was checking item out on ebay to make sure I had correct one. LOL I grabbed the camera and snapped his picture just yesterday in this image.
