You people always have the answers..I knew I should have come here 1st. I've spent half the day trying to figure out if its possible to "undo" the option to block non US bidders on a specific auction. Have a request for that and I can't even remember how we set the block in the 1st place. thanks for any help.

The block is on all auctions for all bidders in countries you do not ship to. If an individual emails you and asks for permission to bid, and you agree, you can unblock him by adding his userid to the exempt list which is in the same section where the block list is.
Edited to add: You can also revise the auction and check the space where is says you will ship internationally, and that will have the effect of opening that auction only to international bidders.

And, if the auction in question all ready has bids, adding the buyer to approved buyers list is the only way they can bid unless you unblock ALL of your auctions. I discovered that last night and the last thing I want to do is unblock all of the auctionns. It worked well and the buyer promptly bid on 4 different items.
