Hello. After completed auctions, the "send invoice" buttons appear in My EBay.

However, if a buyer sends notice first that they will send payment (before I send the invoice) the send invoice button is replaced with "print label".

Question: How can I print an invoice out for an auction where buyer contacts me first?

I like to include them with the shipment (for non-Paypal items).

I'm a little rusty on how ebay pre/post sale functions are as I have used Vendio for quite some time now.

If I'm not mistaken can't you just sellect the "View Payment Details" in the drop down menu in your sold items for each specefic item and just print that page. That is more or less a invoice. Has all the details and the buyers information.
