An acquaintance has some pottery pieces that I think are about mid-1980's. I used to see these at the wholesale market in Dallas.

I believe this is a vase and tea cups. The marks do not look like real Chinese to me. Opinions please? I seem to remember that someone here reads Chinese.

Thanks hwa, that's what had me confused. I thought green tea cups were japanese as well as the flower style.

Funny, I have the same shape vase. It has a Chinese mark and Chinese warriors on horses. That why I knew it was from the 80's. They were not cheap in the 80's, I doubt there is much of a market for them.

Green tea?

Looks like a sake set to me.

too large and too tall for sake. There should be a teapot with this set. The vase is a flower vase, not a bottle.
