I think this is some kind of legion pin...does anyone know what legion ? It doesn't look like any of the American legion pins on eBay.... Helpppp ! Any links to a legion pin site would be great. Thanks !!

That is better than a legion pin!
Look under Hungary or Austria. I've believe seen it while researching wwii Austrian battles. Don't have time to check now, but will later if I get a chance.

Oh ya got me all excited now lol Been combing the listing at eBay looking for this bird in the center. We had a jewelry sale at the Charity Shop I volunteer at one day a week and this didn't sell. The manager was gonna throw it away (gasp !!) ..."ummm I'll take it if your gonna just throw it away." She says sure take whatever ya want...whoohoo ! Hi Toasted, I'm not having much luck yet. I was suspecting WW1 Hungary, Prussia, Austria, etc when I first saw it but the pin back is not right for that time period. It could be that you have a repro medal. I am still looking for the crest. It definitely is similar to the mid-european crest.
Check out the medals in this pic and you'll see why I suspect it is European.
The "bird" is going to be an eagle.

Yeah the clasp is more modern. Thanks for your help thou cause I was sure think legion pin at least now I know kinda where to list it and to make sure I put I think its a reproduction in the listing.
