I sold a massage chair to a buyer, and I need his phone number for the shipping company (they need to arrange delivery times with him). I've emailed the buyer several times with no response and also requested the ebay user info, but the phone number listed is a fax number now.

Any suggestions on what I should do? Should I just ship? Refund the money? TIA.

If you can't find his number on the white pages ,you can always turn him/her into eBay for bad contact info. Bet he changes it then

You have his fax number? If he doesn't respond to email, try a fax instead.

Send him a fax. Our fax machine is hooked up through our regular phone line. We don't use it much, so we turn it on as needed. Possibly he just left his on.
