Are the numbers in your want ad an auction item number? What are they?

roadsmith. I think the numbers are supposed to be an auction number. not really sure. as i did not list an auction. i just put an ad in the wanted section. no conmfirmation for auction or anything else. did not enter an auction.

paloma91. Thank you for the address. if you come acress something that i can make from plate steel also would be appreciated.

tomwiii. i do try to be polite.

I just checked "want it now" and each post is assigned a number and the item looked at had the number Post number: 180011495270 so it looks like that must have been the number of your post.

D
EDITED TO ADD: Oh I SEE! They pulled it because you used your first name - lord knows that that REALLY promotes outside of ebay trading LOL

Actually, I think it was because he used his eBay ID - you have to list both first and last name to be a violation - just from what I read in the OP.

Agate,

Suggest you try a Wanted listing on Craig's List - it's free. Also remember that Google is your friend and do a few searches there. Don't overlook a good library either - librarians are your friends too!
