The first one is a Iraq Dinar Scam. What is so amazing is how many fools buy his scam and then leave + feedback. A sucker born every day as they say. I'm not even sure what the heck he's selling in the second one.

Isn't this the same as an auction for a non-existent item? They do not specify exactly what you are buying, except that it is an ebook of some sort.
