Years ago when I began using Auction Watch/Vendio services, somewhere I typed in a line about the payments I accepted. I think there was C2it and another online service. I also typed in something about "smoke free and pet free home".

Since then we've gotten a cat, but I can't seem to change or delete these lines off my auctions. Last night I used Sales Manager Pro and got about 10 auctions ready to launch, and none of them listed. I finally found where ebay won't list them as they contain the word "c2it", but I can't figure where I entered this into in order to get it off!

Help!

It depends where it is in your listing. It might be in your ebay specefic's.

Click My Account at the top right of this page.

Under "Auction Site Preferences" click on "Site Specifics" "ebay".

Check your payment and return policy section for the C2it.

Next back in your "My Account" section under Sales Manager check your custom listing text and Payment Types.

After making changes you will need to synch SMPro to ensure it get's the changes you have made to your account.
