Hi All...................
I had a bidder send me this email......
why, after being comfirmed the winning bidder for a $4.00 bid did a pop us come up with a picture of the same item saying buy it now for $3.00??? .....................
The listing was still active when she sent this email........................
Has any one else had this problem before ???................................
What is this ?? Never had a problem or heard of it til I got this email ??.................................
I am not sure what to make of this...??...................................
At 1st I was not happy about it...
I do sell the same item in my ebay store for $3.00................ This was a auction and if a buyer wants to put in a proxy bid of $4.00 on a auction,,,, Why is ebay telling them they can buy it for less ???..........................
Any input would be a help..................................
I also did send ebay a email... ...........................

Yep, it was likely a default cross-promotion. You should probably go into your settings and manually adjust the cross-promotions so they don't include the exact same item, which you have in your store for less.

One thing first. Do not log into your ebay account while looking for the problem. It will not be visable to you if you do. You have to act like you are a bidder. Then the problems will show up.
