I have used it. I have some items using the "Get it Fast" slogan. I have been hesitant over the past year to include "Get it Fast," in my item descriptions, as I was unsure if ebay would screw around with it this year. Since they haven't, I listed a few categories with "Get it Fast," this past month.
However, all my auction and store items, do include, and have included, something that I call, "Want it Fast?" I have been using that slogan for the past year.
"Want it fast? Simply choose and pay for Express Mail or Priority Mail and we will ship the next business day after your PayPal, Credit Card, or Money Order payment is received. This option also applies to International shipping when using Global Priority Mail."
I have sold many items where the buyer has paid for the enhanced shipping.
The "Get it Fast" option might help you extend your selling season. It is worth a try, and it does not cost extra.

I am a "slow" shipper and never use 'ship it fast' but as a buyer, I have used it. Great tool if you can do it during the holiday season!
