Last week I listed and sold, through a different ID, three items. In "My eBay" the items are showing PAYMENT PENDING, yet there is no record of them in my PayPal account.
I've verified the email addresses (in PayPal) and even changed that account to 'Primary', but am still getting no info on these three PAID accounts.
I would not have known about this had not one of my customers notified me that they were not able to make a payment through PayPal.
Any insight to this situation would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!

You say that you have verified the email addresses within PayPal, but is it possible that within the listings themselves there is a typo in your email address? Check the field that says "PayPal payment notification will go to: _____" and make sure that your email address is correct.
I recently had a similar situation. When I tried to send an invoice to the auction winner, it showed that the payment was pending through PayPal, but the money was not in my account. It turned out that the buyer had typed in my email address incorrectly.

Thanks, All, for your input.
I finally had to send the buyer a "Request Money" notice and have it sent through my "most-used" PayPal account. That worked!
I still have no idea what the problem was with the secondary account. I've checked the eBay email address, the PayPal email address, and even changed the account in question to the Primary account in PayPal. The buyer still could not get through.
I know the account I usually use works fine because other payments came through just fine today, even though the Primary account had been changed to the one in question.
Perhaps, as you've suggested, jemsgifts, she had a typo in the email she was trying to send to.
At any rate, the funds came through using the "Request" option and my "most-used" account with PayPal, which is, once again, my Primary account.

Thanks, jemsgifts!
The mystery is solved! It was an error in the LISTING email. Although I'd changed the eBay CONTACT email some time ago, I did not notice the OLD address was still active in my NEW listings.
I've had to notify my buyers to have them cancel their original payments and re-submit with the CORRECT email.
Again, thanks! You have made my day complete with your insight!

You know, she said (apropos of nothing), you're not allowed to have your email address in your auction listings.
