why am I getting this notice from Vendio when this is not correct and my items are not listing?
Warning: Unable to fetch information from eBay. This is because either your authorization allowing us to send and receive listing information to eBay has expired, or your eBay ID login information was changed on eBay but not updated on Vendio. Please verify your username and password at eBay, and then update your information in My Account: Auction Site Accounts.

When did you get this? I have had trouble listing, starting about 10:03 am PST. cgi5.ebay.com is not responding.
Getting the dreaded "We were unable to process your request."
There is nothing on the announcements boards.

I am getting this at the top of all Vendio pages:

We have not changed anything.
This needs to be fixed right away.

I can't sign in to My Ebay - other pages seem to be working...something isn't "right"

Spoke too soon. I'm still having the problem with the next item I need to list.
Aaron, it's not a Vendio problem. (Or most likely not.) I don't use Vendio at all to list and I'm having major listing issues.

The "comforting" (NOT) part of this is that if we aren't getting in to ebay, neither are the buyers.

The problem must be with ebay as I just tried to go there and tho I could log on, I had trouble getting the page I was looking for with live help. So I think this ones' on ebay and not Vendio.

Well, to ask the stupid question, did your authorization expire? IIRC, they last a year and then have to be re-authorized.
Go to My Account...Preferences...Third Party Authorizations.

Maybe it is an eBay problem. I just checked on an auction I have set a snipe for that closes in 40 minutes. The first time I tried to load it I got an error message that it was not available. Tried again and got it. Hope eBay is not having intermittent problems.

My third party auth. shows current with Vendio in my eBay preferences.
glassgrl, eBay is really messing up if they just did that to you.

all I did was try to refresh my home page and I got that. notice it says Hello glassrl! (sign out.)
