I sold china to a gal from Australia who has 2 feedback. The only winner. When I told her postage was 95.10 she asked to back out of the sale. Because she is a newbie, I agreed. Hope she learned her lesson. Anyway can I file for listing fees of 2.30 plus fvf's of 2.62 and get a credit on both? This has never happened to me before. Maybe is just isn't worth the trouble.

Get her to agree to a "Mutual" agreement not to complete the sale - and let her know that eBay will send her an e-mail to confirm this.

You may also want to get her to post positive feedback, too.

You'll get your FVFs back, but your listing fees will be a donation to eBay's good health and not recoverable.
