I want to start taking Credit Cards. Any suggestions on who is best? Who does everyone use other the PayPal?

I use PayQuake (www.payquake.com)

They use the authorize.net gateway which is compatible with most shopping carts. They have a virtual terminal as well, so you can key in orders directly. Fees are very reasonable.
