try the back door links through your auctions ~ I can get a history but not send any payments.

if you go through one of your closed and paid auctions you can get partial access, not sure about the packing slips but it's worth a try!

I was having trouble, too, but was able to get in about 30 minutes ago and print shipping labels.
PayPal is now working in Utah.

We're sorry, PayPal is temporarily unavailable.

Still having problems with my international customers.
Hello again: I have been trying to pay for the sleigh since late this afternoon. However, to this point in time I am still getting this function is temporarily unavailable. Try your payment again later. I apologize for the delay. I am at a loss as to what to do.
Be assured that I want the sleigh. I will try to pay again later tonight and if I am not successful I will try again tomorrow. Any suggestions are welcome.

I just got the same message toolhound did while trying to print a shipping label. BUT they did charge my account so now I'll need to remember to go in and void it...no way to do that right now while system is messed up. I just used Click n Ship to get the package out.

I've just tried to print a shipping label. (2.30 p.m.Thursday PST) Got a message saying that Paypal cannot connect to the USPS at this time, and there is no Paypal shipping , try again later, sorry for the inconvenience etc etc!!!
Bummer.
Anyone else?

I'm in Arizona - Customer in Germany. PayPal shows payment received this evening.
E-bay auction page and My Summary do not show payment. There's a disconnect somewhere.

I mailed my items the old way, after all this.
A customer from the Netherlands said "they do ,not like me to pay" 2 days ago, and I thought it was Paypal and/or Vendio not allowing a change in specified postage costs, as sometimes happens with international. I sent a request to her directly from Paypal 2 days ago, but haven't heard anything from her since. I guess this may be why.
