Got this message from the buyer of a very inexpensive vintage magazine I sold recently (and what the heck is TANSTAAFL?):
"Glad I won the subject MAD mag. I will be looking forward to receiving it by USPS 1st Class Mail and know that it will be very well packaged ($1.00 added to assure this - TANSTAAFL) and protected against the damage that can happen in our postal system. I will also depend on PayPal Buyer Protection and eBay Feedback for my insurance/assurance. Please inform me by email when you have received this payment and are shipping the mag to me. Thank you.
VTY"
This buyer sounds a little threatening to me, but I always take care in packaging. NO feedback will be left for him, however, until I hear that he's happy with his purchase, LOL.

Mama: I can't find where to see the feedback he's left for others, just the feedback he's gotten. How do I do that?
Thanks for the acronym, ewora!

On the FB page, right above the comments are 4 tabs:

Thanks for the help finding the FB he's left for others. All positive, so I guess I won't worry so much about him. He just sounded a bit bossy and pompous to me. . . . and people like that can be unreasonable.

email him back and tell him his package will meet all Paypal assurances and feedback is left upon buyers assurance he got the package and is assured it is in fine order. AIYBAH, LOL Assurance Is Your Business A--Hole. Kidding but don't you just want to do something like that sometimes.

Yep, irked, that's exactly what I want to say. But won't, of course.

I would bet it is a canned response he sends to every seller he buys from.
It's actually nice he added an extra dollar for good packaging.
In regards to his mention of PayPal Buyer Protection, I would be inclined to let him know that the post office changes $1.30 for Postal Assurance in case an item is lost or damaged in the mail.

sthoemke: Yeah, the $1 was good. However, I was offering free media mail shipping, and his $1 didn't cover the first-class he was demanding. He made me so nervous, with that e-mail, that I just sent it first class and ate the extra cost. Grrr.
