My payment method is is set for automatic payments using PayPal.
For several months I received the 1.5% discount then suddenly it stopped.
No rhyme or reason for the start or stop.
My fees are relatively(for moi)a large amount.
I have a CC Card that gives me a discount and may just change it to that. The discount though is sent(check) once a year not taken off automatically
Did FeeBay /Paypal stop the discount?

Get a Discover Card. 1000% times safer than PayPal plus you always get cash back. Just pay your balance off every month and you are way ahead of any garbage PayPal may pull.

To me, that's a no brainer. Switch it now.

I did switch today. I would have sooner if I had noticed that Paypal quit given the discount .
I am not going to bother calling them.
I switch my payment to be automatically paid by my Discover Card .

My did and then it stopped ... like I said no rhyme or reason -it just stopped giving me a discount.
Do you have yours set up for automatic payments or do you pay it yourself with Paypal ?

Discover gives you money back more than once a year. You can get it whenever you want it as long as you accumulate at least $20. You can request it online. Very simple to do.

duer1,
I paid it myself by typing in the Paypal debit card number.
Then I went to paypal site and looked-the rebate was there.
PS. The money is taken out of my Paypal fund, not credit card.

Thank you, I took the automatic payment off and put my Discover card as my payment source.
Today, I hit make one time payment entered my Paypal debit number and said "abracadabra kasam" and it magically worked.I received the rebate.
SOOOooooo my conclusion if you are on automatic Paypal, you automatically get buggered! I have NOT received the rebate since I went on the automatic payment.
Ya just have to jump through loops to stay ahead of this crazy maze.

If they take the money out of your PayPal funds, you should get a rebate since you already paid PayPal a percentage to get the money there in the first place when buyers paid you!!

As long as you use the Paypal debit card as a credit card and have a credit balance in your paypal account, you should get a rebate if you sign up for it(like you agree to promote Paypal as the preferred payment provider on Ebay).
You have to have fund sitting in your paypal account when you use the card as a credit card.
I use it all the time in gas station, restaurant and supermarket and internet sites.
