Yikes - I never looked at that before! 24,515 of them! Nice to know it's there but not sure what I would do with it.

I guess I'm a slow learner, guys. Where EXACTLY in Vendio are you finding this? I've searched here, too.

Jack - It looks like they all DID leave FB LOL (NOT)
Feedback Score: 14771
All positive feedback received: 24693

But I have left FB for 29086, so all of my customers aren't there.

I didn't use Vendio right away when I started selling but I know I didn't have very many sales before I started in Sept 02. Do customers appear on the Vendio list just once and not for subsequent sales (I have many repeat buyers)?

Look under Sales Manager in the left column and scroll down to Customer Manager

Thanks, Niel. So. . . all you guys are signed up for "customer manager"? How does that work for you? Does it cost more?

I'm not signed up for Customer Manager... a little apprehensive about sending too many emails to my customers (I know I wouldn't want them).

I'm not signed up so it says I have none.

There are two different customer places.

The customer manager is the pay service.

If you jump to Control Panel under Sales Manager then you can click on Customers in the left hand corner. Everyone you ever sold to (assuming you did not un-check the box in the Global Preferences, Promotional Options)is in there. Not only that but you can create subfolders and the customers are automatically put in certain categories (based on what they bought). Then you can send them emails.

My earlier experience was the emails bounced too much, so I stopped using it.

Holy cow! That is FABULOUS! There are all those e-mails that eBay doesn't want to let us have permanently (erasing them from My eBay after a certain period of time, etc.) I plan to print that page after each batch of auctions ends, and, voila, there will be all those e-mails I'll need to refer to.

WHERE HAVE I BEEN!?

I just found that page and it is great, except - my list shows just 810 customers. Since I have had almost 3,000 positives since I started selling through Vendio, I wonder where the other 2,190 have gone. The list shows just two sales for 2006. Can anyone at Vendio explain this?
