Received a retaliatory neg yesterday. This bidder also sent me an email with an obscenity which I reported to Ebay. <p>Now I see my feedback rating showing not only this neg but also one in the last 6 months and one in the last 12 months. Those two negs were in 2002 and 2002. How could this have been manipulated? I did write to Ebay but really don't have confidence that this will be corrected. Has anyone experienced this?<p> Must add that the buyer stated that he had surgery and couldn't send, but in looking at his bidding record he was consistently active during that time frame. He also sent two emails saying the check was in the mail. Sound familiar?

When you receive a negative today, that also counts as one in the past 6 months and past year. When time has gone by without another negative, it will show as 0 current, 1 in last 6 months, 1 in last year, then later it will show as 0 0 1, and finally, after a year, as 0 0 0.
