Problably NARU'd due to seller non-performance (items out of stock) - check the latest feedback.

I WISH it was because the item was out of stock. Don't thin so, BIG times sellers have that ALL over their FB. Big by MORE than 50k FB's.

yea but my point was he can STILL sell the item.If hes no longer a register user how can he do that?
In fact he still has a whole bunch of stuff
still up for bids.

eBay isn't the only game in town. More and more people are looking off eBay for items to purchase.

I'm not recommending any of the above but you can certainly find the same thing elsewhere for less money...

Classic's point is well-taken: how can a NARU'd user have current listings? I've never seen this before - when they NARU a seller, they kill all the listings.

"Not a registered user" can refer to members who have cancelled their membership, or whose membership has been suspended by eBay. For example, a member whose correct contact information is no longer on file with us may have their registration suspended until the new contact information is entered. In either case, the member appears as "not a registered user" and is not allowed to buy or sell on eBay.
HMM...even the ID listed in the ME page is NON-REG...gotta find my asbestos gloves to buy these items

What's worse is this guy has been NARU since September 2006.
Yes, eBay is proving to be one of the most unsafe websites to be involved with.
