Ok so how do you guys think the best way to handle a bounced check is? I already wrote the guy and I really want to believe that he it was an oversite since he has nearly 2000 positive feedback.

Hope you didn't ship already. Give the guy a chance to make it right. I had a guy once that did that but said it was a goof on his part and sent me a money order plus an extra 5$ for my trouble--that was his idea not mine. Anyway it all worked out maybe this guy will be as nice.

best is to give him a call .
This probably would not work for you-but if he lives in the same city as you do,call his bank and identify yourself as a retailer and ask if there is enough fund in his account.If he does,drive to nearby branch and cash it/

My bank charges me 10.00 if I deposit a check & it bounces. If your bank does the same don't forget to have the buyer add it to the amount he owes you.
