Hello, is everyone having problems with their pictures showing up on the auction page? Did Vendio make an announcement?

Earlier today the one eBay picture I have for gallery was not showing and my sister says the counter was also not there. When I looked a moment ago both were back.

Thanks for your reply, but none of my pictures are showing! I only noticed because I was getting a lot of questions from potential customers! Maybe it is my location? I live in Chicago.

Do you link to a picture host or do you use eBay pictures?

I use Vendio image hosting! I also use Vendio Gallery, that is not showing either!

Lainey, Sorry that I can't help. I use my own domain to host my pictures. Hope it is fixed soon.

Well I looked at someone elses pictures that I know uses Vendio, and their pictures are not showing either! Can you view one of my auctions and see if you can see the photos? 290073061675

PS: What happens if you right click on image and click "show image?" Anything?

So when you look at my auctions, you can see the pictures? No, nothing happens when I right click to show pictures? Thanks for your help and interest.

Yes, I can see your pictures just fine, and since I've never been to your auctions before, that's what everyone else is seeing.
By right clicking, I meant to put the cursor over the image where the red X is and then right click (do that on the images in your description, not on the first pic on the left). A menu should pop up, about halfway down is "view image." Click on that. That should bring the image up in a new window. If so, you need to empty your cache (your temporary files). Sometimes, just restarting your computer will take care of it.

Lainey - I remember when someone else had a similar problem. Try right clicking on an image , and see if you see the line about "blocking images from host Vendio" or something like that. If it is checked, uncheck it.

I had someone email me yesterday that they couldn't see any of my pictures, but I could see them just fine, so I didn't know what was happening.

I see your pictures fine in my browser..What browser do you use and if it just recently updated to IE 7 then it may have changed your settings in internet options to not show images. The bane of Microsoft was doing that update to anyone's PC and them not knowing it if they have automatic update turned on and not to ask before installing the updates. Anyway If you are using IE and it is 7 you can uninstall the & update go to Control Panel and Add Remove Programs and uninstall IE7 it is in the list. Also you might want to download FireFox and use it it also has tabs and I like it so much better than IE6 or 7 You will need to install plugins for things like java, flash etc. But worth checking out.
Since I dumped IE7 which caused other problems I can't tell you exactly where to go and check all the settings for restoring images there are about 2-3 places to check those settings. If your IE browser has tabbs then it is IE7....Big headache for a lot of people and not just cause of images.
