I tried to send unsold items to my store tonight and was prevented from listing because my account balance has exceeded my limit. OK - time to pay my bill down (it's getting to be a daily chore - but I'd rather do that than give eBay automatic access to my credit card). My jaw dropped as My Seller Account Summary was off by over $1,000 (in eBay's favor). When I click View Account Status, the running balance is accurate - well below the $500 limit. It looks like eBay cleared out all the payments I made before February 1st on the summary but did not clear out the charges and fees, the summary shows all of my January & February fees as since February 1st. The summary totals are frequently wrong - I can't understand why eBay uses them instead of the running balance on Account Status.

Keep checking back. They've done this to me three or four times. It's usually fixed an hour or two later without any intervention on my part.

Thanks, Fluff - you're right, it's back to normal now.
