I saw an item on the news that said computer clocks may not correct automatically unless you have a very new system or have had an update installed. It was called a "mini millennium bug" which seems a bit over the top. The point was that you should check the time stamp on your computer the next day and set it manually if it did not adjust.

Hubby is an IT tec for a telecommunications co and he has un-checked the box to automatically update my computer on time changes. Then I have to go in and change the time manually, then hit apply, ok and it will be fine. Besides clocks, he has 6 computers in this house to take care of..
