what do i have here? im dumfounded and need help, there is no mark and am not sure this is gold or not. it is 3/4 inches lenght and
1/2 inche wide.

For sure VERY Art Nouveau, maybe gold over brass, silver. I think it is to hold a ladies scarf together.
Is that just a light flash or a stone on the side of her hair??

gas yes there is stone in her hair dont know if it is diamond or not, was hoping some one would say art noueau to this thanks for the info

I'd get a jeweler to check it out. IF that stone is real, and/or the item is real gold, you'll want to know before you list.
I agree it looks like either a brooch clip or scarp clip.
