my blocked bidder list?
With all of the talk about the BBL disappearing, can I cut and paste my list to here?
I have been selling for seven years ~ can't remember when eBaY gave us the 'blocked bidder' opportunity so I'm not sure when I actually started the list. Although I add a name or two a month, I'm sure many of the id's have become naru or are inactive, however, is there anything that would prevent me from sharing it with you folks?
List consists primarily of deadbeats and eBaYers that got nasty with me (a bunch a folks I don't think anyone here would want to deal with).
Any idea on this???

I think it's a great idea but I don't know if Vendio has a rule against it or not.
I didn't hear anything about the BBL disappearing - what's up with that?

Posting it here might set the Community for legal issues, slander comes to mind. This is public forum. If others in the community wanted to exchange block bidder lists with each other...

Good idea I would think, just know occasionally we get names here to block sometimes the name or the item is listed with buyer so you can get buyers name that way. You could always post a link to a website you have with them listed there. People that use blogs can I think also list the name there and give links to their blogs. Just a thought if not wanting to chance listing user names on this site.

There was a post a few weeks ago about eBaY eliminating the block bidder list ~ I'll bounce it is I can find it again.
There are quite a few reasons that I block bidders, other than deadbeats.
Some of them I transacted with and then they got nasty ~ feedback extortion issues, bounced payments, claims of item not being authentic, false paypal disputes, etc.
I wish there were a fast way to check if the id's were still current.
I don't have a website to post them to, or a blog.
I actually have a friend who is a seller who told me to eBaY the list
