I opened my TL 2 and was searching for something using the search, 1 folder holds all and I searched for something I have many listed and it showed 0 results. WTF, I tried another and another, 0! I tried updating, figuring that TL had a problem and it is still the same. What happened? AND how do I fix it?

Updated TL again this morning and it still does NOT work.
I emailed ebay (NOT that I will get a real or a helpful response) and I searched on the community boards and found that many have this problem. Turbo Lister is their baby, why can't they fix it? Alot of people can't even get TL to upload and are getting all kinds of error messages. Maybe this attributes to the lower listings! DUH, ebay I am sure you have the staff --- FIX THE PROBLEM.

Copy and paste from community boards on ebay. They sure care about the problem...look at the dates on this! I saw tons of upload problems as well, I haven't listed in awhile so, I will probably encounter those problems when I list.
Since dowloading the latest TL2 update search doesn't work properly.

I downloaded the latest updates for TL2 yesterday. Before that I didn't have any problems with search. Now no matter how I search old listings it will only find results for the first word in the search. It doesn't matter if I search by Title, Title and Description, description or all three. Using the exact title, capitals and lowercase, doesn't help either. Is there a fix?

A thought...it is so ironic that when someone posts an auction that is a violation, it is usually deleted in a hurry. Ebay must read these boards but when there is a problem, it is a whole diffferent story. Obviously, the TL problems are big and what are they doing? NOTHING

Email from Ebay:
Dear eBay Member,
Thank you for writing eBay in regard to the search function in Turbo
Lister.
The Search function in Turbo Lister is very sensitive in the
information
that you choose to search by. For example, say you have an item titled
"Brand New Fiction Book" and you want to find that item in the Turbo
Lister search. If you type in the word "book" it will not find that
item because the word is capitalized in the title. If you search by
"New Book" it will also not pull up that item because the word
"Fiction"
comes between the two. You will want to be sure that you are using
words
and capitalizations in sequence with what's actually in your titles.
I understand your frustration regarding this matter and apologize for
the inconvenience it caused you.
Sincerely,
Mark T. K.

Gee, it didn't used to case sensitive...must be one of those "improvements" we downloaded.
