Anybody else experiencing the issue of someone paying of their product & vendio not updating & marking the item as paid?

Yes I have a couple of pages in paypal of payments and only five items in my to ship area. This needs to be fixed

Normally it gets fixed overnight. I noticed the issue occurring around 7 PM eastern time last night...

I have had it happening for a couple of days now. We need to let then know as they do not check these messages
