Very interesting. I wonder how they managed to contact eBay by phone, that is something I have never been able to do. I wonder how many other people have "been suspended by error", and don't know what to do about it?

I guess when ABC news calls, ebay listens. The reporter published her number - would be interesting if ALL of the folks who got wrongly suspended gave her a call...perhaps ebay would take a look at their robot (or whatever it is called) suspension system.

Thanks for sharing Neglus. Makes you wonder what type of metric eBay is using to suspend sellers. Just more of their insanity!
Geez, the valid negs were not even for non-delivery just slow delivery. It is pretty obvious that the non-delivery negs from the NRU buyers were BS.
If I bothered with a blocked bidders list, lil ms t wiltn would be on it!

Friend of mine hasn't been on eBay in quite awhile. 100 % positive, only bought, never sold, paid immediately, never had a bad comment. Tried to buy a couple of weeks ago. You guessed it, SUSPENDED. Wrote to eBay, no answer.
Buyers are scarce enough, without the good ones being suspended??
