This is a sterling silver souvenir spoon; the maker's mark appears to be "R W & S," but not sure. Any clues to who this maker would be? Thanks in advance.

With a souvenir spoon, it's unimportant who the maker is. Collectors are far more interested in 1) subject matter 2) rarity and 3) condition.
