I just got an email from ebay. Well, sent 8/28 and just now rereading it. No time to do so until now. Starting prices at $9.99
Wasn't this discussed earlier in the month? Is this just me because I haven't listed anything in the last few months or is this for everyone?

the stuff I have listed still show all the fees,I always use the gallery. wonder if I will get a credit on my statement??

"For sellers listing with any tool other than the latest version of the Sell Your Item form (SYI 3.0) the promotional price will not be shown during the listing process. Instead the discount will be reflected in the "View Account Status" section in My eBay, as well as in your next invoice."

I see many sellers are still not using gallery, even on low priced (under $10) items. Do they not know they can save a nickel????

Not really a savings. The relists on the non-selling items is still going to cost you another non-refundable 35 cents.
