I've exhausted our resources to identify an English semi-porcelain plate maker and thought I'd offer it up here as a challenge to see if anyone else can help identify it.
Here's the photo:
We've looked through Kovel's and several online sources and haven't had any luck.
If you think of any sources - or happen to run across it while searching for something yourself - we'd love to know.

There's a lot of very knowledgable people on the board.
I've received help there several times. I also try to help there when I can.

I sing their praises. Someone on that board identified a plater from an obscure Texas pottery that sold to the grandson of the potter. Without that ID I know it would have languished for a long time in our shop.
