I had a Taiwan customer who had a large shopping spree on Sept. 26 pay with Paypal, then marked the items "payment sent". All signs that the items had been paid for by PayPal were erased in My eBay. It only indicated that she had marked the items "Payment Sent". She later visited Neglus' store and did the same thing. Neglus was suspicious on how she intended to pay for the items, double checked PayPal, and saw that payment had actually been made, If you have a sale that indicates "payment sent" and you don't receive payment in the mail, check your PayPal payments!
