I'm sure this has been discussed before...How do I modify the shipping charges on the eBay invoice for multiple purchases? I tried to change it but couldn't then tried inserting a discount but that didn't work either. I'm sure there's an easy way but I can't figure it out. Thanks for help...

I think I just deleted the original shipping charge on the 2nd item and adjusted the cost or in a few cases put down 0.

Did you go to the original listing? On the eBay invoice, all that is given is the final bid price and a sub-total. Seems like there should be a way to easily do this.

I click on the items I want combined, checking first to see if there is an "Include other eligible items" box to click (this will include other items that have already been invoiced, but not paid for). I then hit recalculate so the subtotal will be updated correctly. Finally, I edit the shipping charges field and send the invoice to the customer. If I haven't entered the shipping charges correctly when I listed the items, no shipping charge will show initially, but it will allow me to enter the correct charges.

Thanks, pixia...but when I try to enter a new amount in the postage area, nothing happens and the same amount continues to show. I could find nothing on the screen that says "edit" the postage field...am I dense and just missing something? This is frustrating!

Are you hitting 'recalculate' after you change the amount? If so I think that is when the postage amount is going back to the original amount. I have done that. Or does it just not let you enter a different amount at all? If that is what is happening, I have no idea why, sorry.

Ditto, Recalculate updates the subtotal before shipping but resets shipping to the original amount. I have to Recalculate, edit shipping charges and not hit recalculate again.

Thanks all...I was hitting recalculate after making the postage changes...WRONG! Appreciate your help...and I made the changes and sent out a correct invoice. Appreciate the help...I KNEW there had to be a simple way and there was!

I just got an invoice with 6% PA sales tax, it was for new sandals & there is no sales tax for clothing or shoes in PA. It was a BIN & there was no way I could figure out how change it. It was only for 90 cents, but still made me mad because I know the seller is not sending the taxes he collects to the different states. He is not from PA.

Ho could I have changed it?

I think you can only take the sales tax off if the seller has 'allow buyer to edit' or something like that.
