That is interesting, I was wondering what was happening. Today I had an 8th buyer from the UK saying that their Paypal account had been hijacked. The others were finally cleared and the payments sent. On another transaction I had an alert from eBay saying that the bid had been cancelled because of a highjacked account, but the transaction had already been completed and received, so I guess that was a genuine one by the buyer.

I had this happen to me a couple of weeks ago (I'm in U.S.). Suddenly on my selling account it listed a new auction for a Mercedes Benz which I certainly did not place!
The only thing I can think is I did get a few questions from buyers about some of my auctions and I opened one of them--didn't reply and didn't give my password of course, but that may be how it happened. I cancelled the auction immediately and contacted ebay. They were VERY prompt at replying to me and there was no financial liability because of this. I just changed my passwords. But I'll be much more careful from now on.

I have had 5 UK buyers telling me that their Paypal account has been hacked, a couple sent cash, the others waited and got it sorted out.
