It just ticks me off when I get paid from a customer and then PayPal does not let me know! I send payment reminder to customer and then they are mad at me! It has happened several times lately! Just venting!! Hope all of you have good Christmas or (Holiday) sales. Judy

Same here. Showed as paid on ebay and vendio but no email.

Always then have to go check, print out a list of payments, check against vendio/ebay.

Pain in the you know what!

I never rely on EBay or Vendio. I download a "completed payments" report from PayPal and ship from that.

I have a three-part process.

1) I go through the boxes as auctions end, relisting and shipping as necessary. So if you buy from me and pay right after the auction ends, odds are your item will be shipped that day.

2) I go through the aging boxes of solds every couple of days, bring up each auction, and take action (invoice, print label or file for NPB) from there.

3) At least once a week I review the emails from PayPal to make sure I didn't miss anything.

Each approach has its advantages and drawbacks and unfortunately none of them are 100% perfect.

Oh, I forgot to mention.

A really good reason for keeping on top of payments is to encourage repeat business. A buyer who receives the item quickly and sees it's a terrific value is very likely to come back in a few days and buy more.
