I have never used this chat form but figured it may be a good avenue to receive some fdbk from sellers. We sell @1500 items a month on Ebay and use Vendio to process/organize orders. (Sales Mngr) and export orders to UPS. We rely on Vendio to efficiently inform us if item has been paid for by customer (through ppal OR Verisign 3rd party CC Payment company)
BUT (here is the question)
We find a larger than wanted % of orders that "slip through the cracks" and vendio does not mark them as paid & we dont ship till paid. So we have to keep on eye on unpaid orders as we dont trust Vendio's system 100% to notify us properly of paypal (and the ones I am referring to are all Paypal payments)
Vendio admits that they do not notify us of any Ebay Express sales will not register w/ vendio.
Does anyone else experience this challenge? If so how do you cope? or manage this?
I am hoping to find sellers out there like myself that I can learn from and vice versa from 4 yrs full time working this system and trying to grow intelligently in the online world

I have the same issue.
You probably already do this but several times a day I get caught up or nearly caught up with shipping.
I can see by looking in my paypal account that there are more payment then items to be shipped ( in vendio }. I go one by one { Paypal payments} and mark them as paid in vendio then ship them.
Its a pain but that way all paid items are shipped same day as payment was made.

I never trust Vendio to show PayPal payments - for one thing the combined orders NEVER show paid. I download my PayPal payments directly from PayPal and prepare shipping lists etc and ship from that list, updating Vendio as I go along (usually the only ones Vendio misses are the combined orders so I combine them and mark them paid on Vendio). I don't use Vendio checkout.
