I put my Ebay Store on vacation yesterday as I will be gone for 10 days. And yet someone was able to purchased an item the next day. Any hints as to what I should do?

There are two ways to put your store on vacation. One way closes the whole thing down so your listings will not be visible - it should be impossible to purchase something with this option. The other option advises potential buyers that you are on vacation and that there could be a delay in shipping - your items remain visible. If you can see your items on ebay, you must have used the second option. You can set the vacation options in "Manage my Store".
