Phone batteries. Ok. The first ones I bought from ecapcity right?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=220188365008

They say they don't have these and refunded me.

So I go back on Ebay and look for more batteries. I buy these:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ssPageName=ADME:B:EOIBSAA:US:11&Item=320209011895

batterygallery right? wrong. Guess where the PP payment goes?

(drumroll)

ecapcity. selling under another Ebay ID.

no I take that back. How in the world did this happen? PP burp?

NOTICE THE TIME - THEY ARE WITHIN ONE SECOND OF EACH OTHER...

Are we just seeing the two purchases and not the refund?????

no I'd had a refund from ecapacity earlier in the day - I didn't show that.

I'd even heard from them via email that they didn't have that battery in stock so I went on Ebay to buy 3 more batteries (I have 3 phones)

once I clicked the buy now and then the pay now button I checked my email and since I usually delete those kinds of emails I was puzzled to see

1) you won on ebay

2) payment to ecapacity - Huh?

3) payment to PP to ecapacity??

So I went to PP and saw immediate payments to batterygallery and one to ecapacity??? Huh?

Looked at the time frame and they were almost the same.

Pulled contact information. ecapacity is in NY and batterygallery is in NJ. Different phone numbers. Different contact names.

I filed a unauthorized activity claim with PP on the ecapacity payment but still......

I'm just clueless as to what could have happened.

That's what you get for buying the same exact item twice.
