I have several items I want to end early in my Ebay store in order to relist as .20. I ended one but am unable to edit the description and relist as auction because it is stuck in the closed position for the last 30 minutes.

Do you mean it is stuck in Closed on Vendio? You could "Copy" and launch the copy (don't forget to archive the original when it does move to closed.

Yes, Stuck in Vendio. Good idea about the copy. Hope I don't forget to archive though. I have many to do this with. Thanks for the info. Just wish it would work the way it is supposed to.

You might also try putting a check mark beside them in Sales Manager and then refresh the page. Do it two times. That usually works for me.

Refresh using the Vendio "Refresh" button in the panel, not browser refresh.
