Mac, not MAC. I have heard it works with Leopard but can't say personally, I don't use VD. If you have an Intel Mac, you can always install a copy of Windows XP onto it, although you'll get it all dirty doing that.

Yes Vendio works with Mac OSX Leopard.
I am a Mac addict and also do eBaying/Vendio.
I would recommend using "FireFox" for your browser just when doing Vendio, rather than "Safari", because Safari isn't able to do HTML editing for some odd reason, but Firefox can.
So download Firefox for free and then use it on your Mac. I love Safari for everything else, but use Firefox for doing Vendio.
Modern Mac's are amazing and Leopard is fantastic. So glad to see another Mac user here.
