I tried sending several things to auction from my ebay store. They are in my store for BIN $65.00 and for $75.00. I tried sending them to ebay auction for .99 cents w/gallery with no buy it now and they are trying to charge me $2.75.
Other things I have in there at lower value are going to auction correctly.

That is odd, it should be .55 cents not $2.75. The free gallery does not start until the 20th and won't show on an auction written up before then. If it is not scheduled until the 20th the .35 for gallery should drop off when it launches. But why $2.75 now I don't know. Do you have a reserve? I'm not sure how that works.

Nothing but gallery and .99 cent starting price. Tried it over and over again. We have 2 ebay stores so I signed in as our other Id and it happened in there too! I didnt' try a lot of different auctions. I do know just trying to send a $75.00 ebay store item and a different $65.00 item to auction it keeps coming up $2.75 over and over.
I've been selling on ebay for 8 years and have over 15000 reviews so I don't think it's anything I'm doing wrong. I wonder how many they got me for before we noticed!! I guess I'll have to check my fee's!

I think I read about this "glitch" elsewhere (probably on the Stores board). Try "live help" to clear it up.

i'd love to know what $65-75 items you're starting at only 99 cents.

Still way over charging. I am trying to move store inventory to auction and the fee's are all to high. I have something listed in my store for $39.99 trying to send it to auction for starting price $9.99 with gallery only. No reserve price trying to charge me $1.55? What's up!

Are you putting a reserve on these items?

Because if you are then the listing fee would be figured on the reserve price so that might be the reason your being charged so much.

No reserve. Sounds like ebay has a glitch. Maybe they have the reserve button stuck. Someone else, anyone else make believe your sending something to auction from your ebay store. Something that is normally higher price. Don't follow through but just see how much they charge you. As I said I've been selling for over 8 years so it's not as if I'm clicking on something I'm not supose to. I have a email into power sellers but it's the weekend!

When I move things from my store to core, eBay automatically keeps the BIN price and I have to manually remove it. Could that be it?

Valo: If you have several photos and list through eBay only, you're paying for the extra photos. But the fee would still be too high! Good luck with this.

Happening to me as well. I believe it is if you send a listing through ebay and not a 3rd party service. I concur that it appears to be adding in the BIN no matter how many times you remove it.

Anyone with a store, try sending and item to auction without the extras and you will see the overcharge glitch happening.

Last night I relisted an auction as FP that I ended early because a customer contacted me and wanted to add another postcard to the order. I did this through Vendio and stripped out the pictures (customer suggested this so no one else would buy until she had a chance). When the item showed up in my store it showed a gallery! I remember making certain that the gallery option was NOT CHECKED before I hit the Launch button. Something freaky is happening through Vendio too.

I tried to edit the listing but am not able to change the "gallery" option.

It is still happening today. If you move any auction from the ebay store to regular auction the price is always to high! $1.55 with only a gallery. No reserve-nothing else added. If I shut down the auction and relist it into a regular auction the price is correct! I have to do this with everything I am moving from my store to auction.

Just got off the phone with powersellers and they do know there is a problem going on. The fee's are being charged by your BIN price in your ebay store. They say even if it says you are charged the wrong amount you will still be charged the correct amount (hopefully). They are trying to fix it now.
