I have never seen so many negatively-worded positives for any seller. Lots of complaints about misgraded diamonds, with both color and clarity misrepresented. Many items had to be returned (although a few are buyer's remorse). They are sending out worthless generic appraisals with their jewelry.
Yet their feedback percentage is 99.9%, apparently thanks to a vigorous program of negative feedback retaliation. 68 mutual withdrawals. That's a lot! I've been on eBay a lot longer, have five times as many transactions, and only have 6 mutual withdrawals.
Wonder what they're going to do when they can no longer threaten their unhappy buyers?
