My auctions say Priority mail only.
Many buyer want items brand new for half of their WHOLESALE value, and shipped for less than the postage cost.
I do charge S/H , combine S/H,ship 6 days a week, personally thank every customer. all items that are paid either ship no later than the next business day after paid.
Of course no many what ya do --- a few are never satisfied.

I have had several emails lately asking me to send 1st class cuz they really do not need Priority. WHAT??

So now they chose how it is sent?

Anyway, I checked on USPS -13 0z seems to be the highest weight of 1st class.
I explain that to question asker and she refer to an auction she won and it did say First Class USPS shipping. She said it did not come Priority mail.

Well how in the ^!#* CAN I OR ANY OTHER PERSON MAIL A PLUS SIZE GARMENT -SIZE 26W
using 1st class?
I just do not understand.

They charged more than the 13 0z charge for 1st class. I see lots of stuff on eBay say 1st Class and I know all weigh more than 13oz.

How can they send items weighing more than 13 ounces First Class?

The only thing I can think of is;

Since the new prices and "names" were established at the post office;

#1 --- FIRST CLASS to the USA is 13 ounce MAX limit. Anything over that is either parcel post or priority usually.

#2 --- I think this is your buyer --- INTERNATIONAL has switched to basically 1st class or priority. The definition of FIRST CLASS for INTERNATIONAL is UP TO 4lbs. After that, 4lbs automatically becomes Priority.
So youmay want to see if it is an INTERNATIONAL buyer...the limit is 4 pounds.

Technically speaking, Priority Mail IS First Class Mail. It's just First Class that weighs more than 13 ounces.

I think your bidder does not realise 13 oz restriction ,they just want a cheaper way of shipping ,it would be parcel post in your case.

I decided no matter what I did , folks would want it cheaper. So I simply emailed back .

S/H is as stated on auctions.
I ship USPS Priority.
Thanks

It was not International

It was sorta comical, yet part of the "let me have it cheaper and you cut your S/H terms syndrome"

She sent me an item number of the same item she wanted to BUY IT NOW from me with a dollar cheaper S/H.
Their Buy IT Now price was $10 higher.
I emailed, you probably should buy it from that seller to save on S/H

DUH HUH!
